First time in Bogor, looking for a hotel, found good reviews, and finally booked here. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is big, the room atmosphere and environment are very comfortable. The staff is friendly. Everything is okay. Good job, hope you keep it up.

The deluxe suite room is indeed spacious, the room is located on the ground floor so it's convenient if you bring children or the elderly, the room is clean, there is also a children's pool and waterboom, there are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel, access to everywhere is close. I took the mezzanine suite, it has the comfiest bed. The room looks super clean, organized and spacious. For the facilities, unfortunately they have no large pool for adults only mini waterpark for kids which is good for children enjoying their time. The staff are so friendly and helpfull. I will certainly return during my next visit!

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel and rooms are clean, and it's conveniently located near downtown Bogor and the botanical gardens. The cafe offers excellent Americano, making it very comfortable overall.

There is a swimming pool.. nice.. the room is big in my opinion. recommended if you want to vacation in Bogor and the strategic location is in the middle of the city. this hotel can be your recommendation. for food unfortunately there are not many variations.. is it because there are few visitors. I don't really know. but it's okay.

the friendliness, agility and thoroughness of the staff create comfort in enjoying the service, so that any shortcomings in room facilities can be replaced by the service. a small thing in the facilities that still needs to be considered is the soundproofing in the room, it could be because the gap at the bottom of the room door is a bit loose.

friendly staff, we were informed via WA when we hadn't had breakfast to remind us. the room is okay, although not too big. It's just that the amenities are given for 1 person, even though it's clear that 1 room is for 2 people. Cleanliness is not well maintained in the swimming pool area, even the seats are dirty. too bad. the swimming pool is attractive because there is water in the upper tub. that's what makes it attractive. cold water does not prevent children from playing. The food is very simple. For Rp. 100k .. White rice, fried rice, green vegetables and chicken. Chicken porridge is not every day, the first day there is, the second day it changes to soup. Other menus are black sticky rice porridge, sponge cake, white bread and jam + butter. Not butter. Papaya and watermelon fruit. 2 types of cereal. Fresh milk with ice cubes. Either Fresh milk or condensed milk. Because it has a sweet taste. Coffee + tea + syrup drinks. Fried fritters are too oily. For a strategic hotel location. Near baked macaroni, and other culinary places. also close to factory outlets.

This is a very strategic hotel, close to the city center. For those of you who want to staycation in Bogor, you must try this hotel. There is a mini waterpark facility for your children. Nice concept, right next to the hotel there is a comfortable cafe too. Thank you Azana!

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to several restaurants and several culinary delights that are viral on social media, the breakfast is quite delicious but maybe more variations can be added, the swimming pool is really good for small children even though it's not big but it's enough, the only minus is one because yesterday I got a room in front near the receptionist, and the cafe across the street had live music which was quite disturbing and quite long, it seems like it still hasn't finished until 11 pm 😂

The place is comfortable, the service is good.

The hotel is nice, aesthetically pleasing, strategic location, comfortable, the downside is that the pool is not very clean and the cafe is a bit noisy at night.

The parking security officer was very polite. I happened to get a promo price so it was really worth staying, close to everywhere, kids friendly, and indeed recommended for those who want to go culinary in the Bogor area because the environment is very supportive. For the facilities according to the price, but what is impressive is the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff 🙂
