Our impressions of a two-night stay at the Tropica unit, for us, husband and wife plus a 5-year-old child, were many positives. - Friendly and communicative staff. - Comfortable bedrooms, though not particularly spacious, equipped with cool air conditioning and Wi-Fi. - Bathrooms with bathtubs and water heaters. - Aesthetically pleasing swimming pools, though not particularly large, with a clothesline. - Fully furnished kitchenware and cutlery, along with a refrigerator. - Breakfast was delicious, complete with refreshing drinks and traditional snacks. - Motorcycle/car rentals are available, so you don't have to worry about finding your own. - Centrally located, the villa is easily accessible, close to everything, and convenient for snacks and GoFood. The downsides: Because the units are adjacent and the pool is uncovered, it can be a bit noisy. The sheets and bedcover were clean, but there were still some stains. Overall, it didn't detract from our comfort. Hopefully, we'll be able to stay here again in the future.

It was pleasant, the receptionist was very friendly, and the morning food delivery person was also polite. The pool was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff is really great and very communicative, they confirmed arrival and shareloc since H-1 of staying. The room is clean and very comfortable, there is a bathtub and swimming pool. If you bring kids, they will definitely like it. There is a kitchen and stove for simple cooking. The downside for the room I booked was the white and thin curtains so I woke up early in the morning because of the glare 😅, but overall it was okay 👍

Stayed here for 2 nights, it was very comfortable! The place is clean, the swimming pool is also spacious. The facilities are complete, there is a kitchen, complete dining and cooking utensils. The room is also spacious. The best thing here is that it is very close to the viral cafes in Prawirotaman. It is also close to Malioboro. If you don't have a vehicle, you can rent a motorbike directly there. If you do, the parking lot in front is also spacious. And the breakfast is delicious, of course. The first day I got beef bulgogi, along with fruit and traditional snacks. It was like being in a hotel. I will recommend to my friends who want to go to Jogja to stay here too. Because when it's crowded, it's really cheap!!

Very suitable for honeymoon and very suitable for family

A very comfortable pavilion for bringing the family. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a private pool available anytime. Breakfast was also quite satisfying for a pavilion. Highly recommended.

The villa staff was very helpful. I stayed in the Ocean room for 4 days and 3 nights. We encountered a few issues, but the staff was very responsive... and upon check-out, we were given souvenirs... Thank you.

The place is very comfortable, with four rooms and four en suite bathrooms. The breakfast is also delicious, and it's quite affordable considering the pool, although small, it's quite good. I'm very satisfied, and I've already recommended Osco to friends in Tangerang who are planning to visit Yogyakarta.

Guys, I suggest you, choose this villa, seriously, it's close to everywhere = 1. To Prambanan Temple 30 minutes (if there's no traffic) 2. Malioboro 10 minutes 3. Obelix & Parangtritis only 40 minutes 4. Souvenir center is close.. Lots of food near this villa, walking distance to Alfamart is close, 300 meters to Indomaret is close.. Because I went to Jogja on a weekday, this price is quite cheap, not too expensive.. When I arrived, I was given snacks + when checking out I was given a gift (mineral water according to the number of people), all the kitchen equipment was clean, each room has an en-suite bathroom + free Netflix TV and Wi-Fi.. What else could be worse? Breakfast is included, toiletries are available, towels are available, coffee, sugar, tea, mineral water is available according to the number of people staying.. Clean room, clean sheets.. The minus = just a suggestion for the villa, please replace the pool curtain, it's really hard to get down & the room is near the pool, The curtains are also not fully closed, if you sleep, it's uncomfortable to be seen from the pool to the room because the curtains are not fully closed. The main room door must be locked twice, if it's not locked it can't be closed. Also, smoking is not allowed in the toilet, but about smoking, it's okay. That's my impression & suggestion, guys. Thank you for providing good service to the parking attendant & everyone. Next time I'll come again if the price is not expensive.

The place is suitable for honeymoon... but it lacks an electric switch for the lights, it would be better if the lights didn't have just one switch, so you could choose to dim the lights or bright the lights, not 22 times on/off because of one switch.
