Hi, thanks for letting me know that cheap price comes with disadvantage. Address stated in emails “meridian medini 1”, But the exact building name supposed to be”pangsapuri meridian medini”. No whatsapp number provided in emails & platforms, with no choice I chatted traveloka Customer service. Not even a single security around medini buildings know the name of your company. And last but not least. A 50rm cleaning fee charge which is never mentioned in traveloka platform. Cool! Would you mind to tell me what's your IG account, so I can share this unique experience with my dearest friends? Nice to know your company. I have got a good lesson for this. And gotta praise for your after-stay regards email. When I'm trying to forgot this unbelieveable booking, it popped up again in my inbox spoiling my mood. Sugesstion for you guys to do some donation with money earned from me, so I can hate less of your company name. =D
