Delicious breakfast and Great location.

Location was great, near metro, buses and tramways! Rooms are nice but on the smaller side!

Rooms are extremely small and look old and tired. Breakfast was limited but good quality Overall wouldn’t choose to stay in the hotel again, definitely not 4 star Location is good

The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The room amenities were wonderful: plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, etc. Our only incident was some man opened our door and started coming in at 00:30 our first night and then our key card didn’t work after we went for breakfast. We told the receptionist about this and she issued us totally new cards and apologized but I feel we should have a bit more compensation than that. It was a very frightening incident and we did tell the desk clerk that it made us feel very unsafe!! The breakfast is worth the $15 Euro cost. It was excellent!!

The linens and bath towels really need to be exchanged for new. They were stained and really old looking

A very central hotel with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had lots of choice and cooked eggs also. Staff were always very pleasant and helpful.

Check in easy, very clean room. There were some floor tiles missing but it did not affect our stay at all. Hotel is conveniently located and easy to get around. There was a bar and seating area but not busy ever. Bartender was very kind as was all staff

Really good location between the old city and Ruzafa. Rooms are on the smaller side and not quite a 4 star. Overall, pretty good value.

Clean Room, Friendly Helpful Staff, Centrally located

Excellent location. Don't be out of by the tiny entrance. All you need 'behind the doors', lovely staff, clean rooms, breakfast and relaxing patio. Definitely recommend as it's in the hub of the city and walkable to most places, with Xativa Metro around the corner. Perfect for a long weekend break.

Staff was excellent very helpful with giving us restaurants and locations to tour.

Perfectly positioned property to explore Valencia from. Shopping, restaurants and bars, with points of interest all very close.

Our whole experience staying at this hotel was great, the reception staff, cleaners and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. My husband and son ran the valència marathon, the staff were very helpful with directions, food places,etc and once we arrived back from the marathon, they got a really lovely welcome

Clean room, comfortable bed & pillows, lovely staff and great location - couldn’t recommend it highly enough - got upgraded to a premium room which made all the difference.
