Location: okay in the middle of the city, easy access to find food. Cleanliness: the room is a bit dirty, there are still food left in the sink. Comfort: the room is not soundproof, the smell of cigarette smoke can still be smelled from inside the room. Others: the price does not match the application. The original price of the room is 170 thousand so I had to add about 35 thousand, yeah the value is a little but the price discrepancy with the application is what makes me disappointed.
