Everything is fine but the big minus is when I booked this room and when I received it, it was a different room so I was disappointed because the wiu was not as nice as the room I booked on the app.

The thing is, check out time is 12 but at 11 o'clock, someone came to clean the room, my family didn't have time to prepare anything.

Early check-in support is very good, nice room

The house is in a beautiful location right on the sea front, with a very nice view. The layout is also modern and friendly. The only big minus point is the stench of the trash room located in the hallway. Every time someone opens the trash room, the whole row of houses stinks, it smells like a dead rat. In my opinion, the trash room should be moved to the ground floor or to a floor where no one lives. If there is no problem with trash, this is a great location.

I booked a room as shown in the picture with the floor number, full room number, and direct view of the sea on traveloka! When the day came to check in! The room owner contacted me to confirm that I had booked a room on traveloka! I confirmed with the room owner that I booked a room as shown in the picture, right! The room owner replied to me that because Traveloka had not edited it on the app, it would not be the room I had booked at first and would move me to another room similar to that! But in fact, the room I received had a slightly obscured view of the sea, not like the room I had booked on the app! I think Traveloka should review this and work with the room owner again! The room I received was only on the 8th floor next to the swimming pool below the apartment! I am not satisfied with this way of working! On Traveloka, the room price is updated continuously! The app continuously booked but the room owner said it was not edited, which is not acceptable.

Right after I checked in and finished the payment for the host, I can not contact her anymore. There are 5 guests (I also paid for the extra one) with only 2 towels. How can? I can not contact the host until checking out. Highly NOT recommend this host. If you want to stay in this building, you can find many other hosts that I believe could offer you better services.

The room is clean, the owner is enthusiastic. I will come back next time and stay longer.
