Full 10 points, no deductions. Beautiful, clean, good service, amazing and delicious breakfast. There is a free shuttle bus service on many routes. The porters are very cute and help from the beginning to the end. Very impressed with this place.

The hotel was magnificent. The staff was friendly the room was large and we got an upgrade from Deluxe to Grand Deluxe. There is a big casino in the GF so you can try your fortune there. There are a lot of shuttle route that you can use to go around Macau and they are free of charge. 11/10 recommended.
