for short term stay ok good. just for improvement in the future for the well being of hotel guests maybe can provide wooden stick type spoon to make it easier to mix hot water need metal spoon just a suggestion and reasonable price suitable for the location near the course venue, there are also many restaurants in the area nearby just walking distance for snacks or for light snacks there is across the street including selling water drinks laundry area is not far away area also walking is possible and want to go to parkson near..rm5 more use grab..and give me grab no problem, just need to know when is leisure time or jammed time..so far everything is ok best.

Good value for money, can improve with providing electric kettle in the room.
