The hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very comfortable. The only downside was the slightly dirty sheets, possibly from previous guests, and the room wasn't swept properly. Hopefully, the hotel will improve its cleanliness in the future.

Good, but you need improvement for the facility.

It's not bad for that price, although it's not optimal.

If it's a clean and tidy place, the only thing lacking is that there's no TV, even though I saw that there was a TV in the facilities, the service was just average.

The room is not very clean, the bathroom smells a bit, the tap is leaking, the AC is not cold enough even though it has been set to 16°C and the fan is powerful. But the staff is friendly, fast response, and what makes it comfortable is the calm atmosphere.

VERY NOT RECOMMENDED, WHEN YOU GO HOME YOUR WHOLE BODY IS ITCHING, it's different from the photo even though in front of it is a laundry (one place) but the pillows and blankets smell really bad☺

Simple service and hygienic rooms

For unit 206. The AC turns itself off every 15/20 minutes and has to be turned back on. The bathroom shower is broken, the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned. It should be checked again before the customer comes.

The room is cozy, suitable as a stopover before continuing the journey to another destination.

The cupboard was locked, the ac remote was nowhere to be found. There's dead cockroaches under the desk. There's unflushed cigarette ash on the toilet and (most likely) used towel and shower puff hanging there. The bed is so small, the size in only 150 I guess. Also the bed sheet and blankets is not standard. I was so tired to complain. The staff not even bothered to help me to park my car. I even open the gate by myself. The staff busy with their phone playing mobile legend.

Unfriendly staff, smelly armpits, dirty room with lots of stains on the mattress, rusty tap, facilities do not match the description where it states there is a TV facility but in fact there is none, smelly bathroom.

first impression greeted with an empty reception desk. booked 4 rooms on the app, when we arrived at the location they said the rooms were full. after arguing finally forced to get a room and there were only 3, even then had to wait -+ 30 minutes because the room had to be transformed first to be cleaned (the result was like that). and the funny thing is the reception is not in sync with the person who received the order via the app with the language "yeah I didn't know if there was an order from the app, because I wasn't the one who received it, that was my boss" unique and magical anyway. so for friends who want to find budget accommodation, try looking for other alternatives before ordering to this place.

Ordered a deluxe room but got a regular room, disappointing service and unprofessional receptionist.

Don't book here, the room sold is not in accordance with what was given. Real sales.... Just be real as it is

The hotel staff is rude, they told me to close the gate myself. I ordered a deluxe room but the room was terrible. No TV, flat pillows. I only checked in here once.

The facilities do not match what is shown, there is no TV, lots of mosquitoes.

The place is nice and comfortable, suitable for families.
