⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 22Land Hotel Saigon is my all-time favourite hotel whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to the hotel staff for kindly accommodating my early morning check-in and for the thoughtful gesture of turning on the air-conditioning in advance so the room was cool and refreshing when I arrived. These small but meaningful details truly set the experience apart. The location is excellent—conveniently close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still peaceful enough to enjoy a good night’s rest. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was arranging transportation, giving local recommendations, or simply making sure I had everything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism made my stay memorable. I highly recommend 22Land Hotel Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

Convenient, good price. Clean, tidy and comfortable room.

I stayed here twice when I went to HCM. And I felt everything here was very good. The staff was super super enthusiastic, the rooms were spacious. NCL is 10 points without any buts ☺️☺️☺️

Room is comfy, good breakfast selection. But the highlight is the location. Short walking distance to various authentic Japanese restaurants/Izakaya and other good restaurants and dessert shops.

Close to every where in the heart of Saigon city, just 2 minute walkin to little japan.

The receptionist is not friendly and the way he responds to customers is not very polite.

Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

1am was sleeping, upstairs something fell or something made a loud noise. Not just once but many times. Couldn't sleep. Very little food. Compared to the price paid Too bad
