I came and stayed for 3 nights, on the last day I stayed an extra hour (I informed the reception before the check-out time for the last day) so I paid the full room fee for the whole day, I was ok with that fee, but in the evening, Home held a party and karaoke all night, my room was near the party yard, during the entire time I stayed in the room in the evening, Home's karaoke continued and did not lower the volume. When I checked out, I did not receive an apology or sympathy from Home and paid the full room fee and car rental fee. The room was clean, however the air conditioner did not work very well, the mattress was sagging. Other services were still good, but my experience on the last day of my stay made me not want to return to Home again.

The home is very chill and clean, the location is convenient to move around, the staff is extremely enthusiastic, we came from Da Nang and accidentally brought hundreds of banh bot loc but the home supported us so enthusiastically, otherwise we wouldn't know where to throw them away 🤣🤣

Everything is ok, but wifi is a bit laggy

3rd time staying at Truong Phu, the room is comfortable and clean, modern decor mixed with Hue style, the service and support from the host is always pleasant and wonderful as always

Enthusiastic staff, location right near the center, clean, comfortable as well as a beautiful view of ancient decoration. I will come back here when I come to Hue.

Quiet location, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, beautiful garden, everything is new and clean. I chose standard because I ran out of options for the day I went, the room felt a bit cramped, the room only had 1 mirror in the toilet so I wanted to put on makeup there, if the hotel added a full-length mirror or a small mirror on the table it would be great.

Everything is ok. However, I have some comments about the management, room arrangement, the staff is not flexible when the family needs to stay more and charge extra fee/extra day. The family is staying in a 2-bed room, while on vacation, they had to leave and return to change to a 1-bed room because the staff said someone else rented it (the 2-bed room was empty, no one was staying!!!) I had to cancel all my plans and schedule because I had to go back to move things, the family has children, very inconvenient and annoying. If the homestay owner does not retrain the staff, does not pay attention, they will lose customers because these issues can be flexible and handled. My mood is really down, between so many choices like now, I will not come back or recommend because the experience is not good even though the facilities are ok. Thanks
