I've stayed here twice, the first time was in January 2025, the hotel was full, the staff service was decent, the second time was on July 23, 2025, there were only two of us hotel guests, we happened to be on a long car trip and the elderly staff didn't offer help lifting our luggage, they just watched. The TV in the room didn't work, there were no tissues. WhatsApp messages were answered very slowly, additional breakfast food orders were not answered and not served. When checking out, there was no one at the reception, I had to call people. It seems the hotel is half-heartedly opened.

Thank you very much to Mba Novi. I got lost at night on the way to the balcony until I reached the tourist jeep route. Mba Novi picked me up with her brother who happened to be a tourist jeep driver. The place is nice, clean, but the bathroom design is a bit "unique"

But for the service and comfort of the room needs to be adjusted, because from the reception to the room it is necessary to go down 2 stairs, so it is not suitable if the vacation brings elderly people or those with physical limitations or when guests bring a lot of luggage. For the room itself is good, but it needs to be well maintained to be free from insects, some frames are still made of wood or behind the wardrobe which is a nest for insects such as ants or termites, including the ceiling on the roof needs to be well maintained because at night winged insects often come down through the gaps in the ceiling, so it is uncomfortable when guests are sleeping and there are insects crawling on the face or biting. For breakfast it is OK, and delivered to the room. And cleanliness is also OK.

I went there to visit Prambanan. You can see it in the distance and the Merapi as well, if the weather conditions allow it. Room is very comfortable and in general, the area is quiet. Staff is welcoming, relaxed and friendly. I will keep it in mind for future visits.
