The sheets and pillowcases hadn't been changed, and they still had stains. The bathroom was dirty and smelly. Housekeeping was unfriendly.

It was terrible. There were cockroaches in the bed. When I asked the receptionist, they told me, "That's how it is here." The bathroom leaked, and I was told to watch the water. I thought it was better to leave, not staying even though I had already paid and couldn't get a refund.

The room was really bad, the AC was broken, it was dirty.

This time it was different from usual, there were no additional costs, the TV was on, and the staff were quite friendly.
