I regret only staying one night here, I should have stayed at least two nights. Everything was good.

Good hotel, good for family with kids

Very good service. We had a surprise birthday party. The staff brought a cake to our room. It was great, they were friendly. I definitely want to come back here again.

The pillows smelled of male drool, the pool wasn't heated, the lettuce in the salad fridge wasn't fresh, the view was nice, and the interior was nice. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The place is comfortable, clean, and smells great. I requested birthday greetings, and they were made to look great. The service was also friendly and full of smiles.

This was our first time here. Indigo has given us unforgettable, beautiful memories. Thank you so much, @hotelindigo_bandung 🤍🤍🤍 We will definitely be back. (God willing). 🥰🤍 Alhamdulillah.

Everything was great, I loved everything: the room, the facilities, the food, the service, I was really happy. The hotel pool was great 😍. But I had a bad experience between 11 PM and 2 AM, the blaring music from upstairs could be heard all the way to my room, I couldn't sleep.

For cleanliness, it's a CHAMPION 💯, but it's quite unfortunate that with a price that's not cheap but the swimming pool is less exciting, even the water is cold (even though the location is in Dago Atas) and one more thing, stingy with snacks. There's only a mediocre cangcimen. In the cupboard there's an empty slide tray even though it could be filled with other snacks that make guests happy and have fun staying at Indigo. Can learn from Gaia Hotel how they provide room snacks for guests, even in the refrigerator they provide quite complete packaged drinks.

I really like this Indigo Hotel. All the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. 👍👍 The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant is very comfortable, and the staff are very responsive and friendly. The food is delicious and varied. Best of luck to Indigo Hotel!

A pleasant stay at Indigo hotel bandung. Sebelumnya uda pernah stay di branchnya di seminyak, dan selalu menyenangkan. The room was spacious and clean. Tapi paling special tentu di makanannya. It’s so good. Quite family friendly but sayangnya untuk activity cm available for kids. Really need to say this for improvement; please do take extra caution with the bathroom handle cause it’s sharp & have a pointy corner on their edge (Almost cut myself). It will be dangerous especially for kids imo.

Thank you for creating a wonderful memory for our wedding anniversary. All the staff were very friendly. The hospitality was genuine. The hotel's guest relations staff, Maria, Dilah, Alya, and Reva, were very helpful in handling complaints. After checking, they immediately followed up. It's rare for there to be a follow-up after a complaint, but Indigo was different; there was an immediate follow-up. The food was also delicious. Thank you, Indigo.

The welcome service is very good, swimming activities, complete games, breakfast service has many variations.

Very satisfied staying here. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my request was accepted. Thank you, Dilah, and the staff who brought a cake to our room. Coincidentally, I had a minor accident while crossing the lobby due to my negligence. Security and even Deputy Manager, Marcheliano T, immediately approached me and offered to take me to the nearest doctor/clinic or to be taken in a wheelchair. The breakfast was delicious and the menu was varied. Thank you Indogo Hotel for a pleasant experience during our stay.

The hotel is nice, but the downside is that the facilities for children are minimal.

The cleanliness of the toilets in the rooms needs to be improved. The parking area is narrow when getting on and off. The electrical system, especially the cable installation under the sink, is still messy. Hopefully, it can be improved because it is a 5-star hotel. Thanks
