The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

The sheets looked dirty. Wi-Fi didn't reach the room.

The AC didn't work. There was no air, let alone cold. They couldn't get a refund, nor could they even ask for a room change. They said it was full. It was incredibly disappointing. I was already tired, and then I got a room like this.

Strategic location, tear-jerking room. How could I not cry? I was sleeping soundly at 2 a.m. only to wake up to insects and cockroaches infesting my bed, and the power suddenly going out. My advice to management: it's such a shame the location is so strategic, it just needs to be cleaned.

Seriously... The room floor is wet, the wooden floor is up, everything is open... It's dim too.

The hotel is infested with cockroaches. All night long, tiny cockroaches swarmed under the mattress.

I could only charge my phone for 20 minutes, the room didn't meet my expectations: it smelled of cigarettes (I requested a non-smoking room), it was dirty, and I was suspicious from the moment I entered the hotel because it didn't match the picture (it seemed like an old photo). I immediately looked for another hotel. I won't be going there again.

Please provide towels, why are there soap and toothpaste when guests want to check in, but when there are towels, they have to be asked for first and are given towels with holes.

I got room 403, oh my gosh, there was no AC at all, they only gave me a fan. That's all I had to do was go back and forth from the 4th floor to the 1st floor to ask for a solution. The fan I brought was really dusty, the mattress was dirty and itchy. Basically, if you want to stay here, think again.

Stay here, close to the mosque, Old Town, Mangga Dua Mall, and the National Monument. The rooms are decent for the price.
