NOT WORTH RENTING, THE PROVIDER WOULD BETTER JUST CLOSE THEM THAN HARM CUSTOMERS.
The pillows and bed were stinking, not from the spray, but directly from the mattress and the pillowcase. The towels were still slightly damp when the crew gave them to us, as if they had just been washed. As a result, my wife and I were itchy. Did housekeeping not notice the foul odor when the spray was changed? Or was it that they didn't change them at all?
When I complained, the provider was slow to respond, offered no solution, and simply told me to wait. I ended up waiting almost an hour, and they said they would move me to another room, but then they said they couldn't.
My refund request was denied, citing that I checked in at 2:30 PM and complained at 11 PM. It's true that I checked in at 2:30 PM, but only to drop off my luggage. After that, I left and returned at 9 PM. After getting ready and showering, I lay down on the bed at 10 AM and immediately smelled a foul odor. THAT'S WHY I COMPLAINED AT THAT TIME!
