This hotel is really cool. Birthday cake and decorations are free for kids. The service is truly excellent, not calculating, and genuinely serving guests' wishes.

It smells great when you first walk in. It's very peaceful. Check-in is fast. The staff is friendly. The welcome drink is herbal medicine, love it. The room is spacious, soundproof, and clean. There's a playground and a play area. The kids really enjoyed themselves at the hotel.

The location is very strategic, close to malls, restaurants, and within the well-equipped Alam Sutera housing complex. There was a check-in issue because the room wasn't ready at 3:00 PM, but the staff was very responsive. I didn't have a chance to try the hotel facilities, but I was informed that there is a gym, pool, sauna, and spa. Breakfast is quite varied. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay here, as Hotel Tentrem consistently excels in staff friendliness, room comfort, and cleanliness.

Excellent, satisfactory service.

We booked multiple rooms for a family gathering. One of the rooms was ready for check-in at 5 PM (we are fine with it) - however, at check-out, we were asked to leave before 12 PM. We expect the hotel to be lenient towards this, given our check-in was also late. Breakfast area was chaotic and unhygienic. We were told to come during specific hours but still couldn't find seats. Some food stands were unattended, and there were flies - on one instance, the staff handed over cutlery using his bare hands (and touching the spoon area that goes into your mouth). Other than that, the room and other things were fine - we enjoyed the room.

Great experience, ambience, and location!

I highly recommend Hotel Tentrem Jakarta for a one-stop staycation. There are several restaurants within the hotel, of which I've tried two: Lin Restaurant and Canella. The food is exceptional, and none of them are disappointing. My favorite at Lin is the melt-in-your-mouth roasted duck. At Canella, the meatball soup is top-notch. Breakfast is also comprehensive and delicious. All the staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are nice, clean, fragrant, and not cramped. I hope to stay here again.

Recommended for staycation. Playground for the little ones is clean. There is a PS for those waiting.

My 5th time here and I'm always satisfied. I requested a 12 noon check-in because my son had an event, and the staff was very helpful. I'll definitely be back.

My second visit, and the service was great. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The food I ordered wasn't very tasty; the kwetiau was fishy, and the shrimp wasn't fresh enough. It could be improved. Everything else was fine, just...

It was fun, but the downside was that the spa tub wasn't very clean, with hair all over it. Please pay attention to the spa tub, as the jacuzzi is both cold and hot.

This hotel is actually really good for a family staycation, lots of activities for kids, and the playground is also nice and really clean. Only the swimming pool is quite small. But the most unbearable thing is the waiting time when checking in and the cleanliness of the room 😭😭😭 I really complained a lot because the room smelled bad and there was dust everywhere oh my.. finally they upgraded me to a suite room (honestly I didn't expect it because at that time I wanted to go home straight away and give up the room because I was so emotional about the appearance of the smelly and dusty room) and when I was in the suite room it was a bit cleaner, but in the areas that weren't visible there was still a lot of thick dust, because I was staying with a baby.. this was really concerning for me. But the manager at that time was really kind and was able to accommodate our complaints, thank you Mba🙏🏻

Spacious room, city view, close to the mall just a short walk, lobby on the 6th floor, no doubt about the service, but the AC in the room wasn't cold enough, but unlike Tentrem Jogja where when we went downstairs the fragrance was already strong, it wasn't here, it was just so-so. So, there hasn't been a lasting impression that would invite us to come back again.
