The pool towels smelled, the water heater wouldn't work, and the shower head wasn't flowing evenly. The showerhead could probably be cleaned or replaced. Also, some of the pillows were quite smelly. Maybe it's because the hotel is old, but they should be checked for cleanliness. For those sensitive to smells, it's honestly a bit bothersome, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

I checked into the hotel early in the morning, around 1:00 AM, for business. The hotel security and receptionist were all friendly. They didn't take long to check my name and then hand me the room key.

What we ordered on the app wasn't the same when we arrived at the front desk. It could have changed itself. It was just awful. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. We ordered something different on the app, and when we arrived at the hotel, it was a different experience. So disappointed!!! Just once.
