The hotel staff is friendly, and it's like a shophouse. It's quite safe, with a security code at the ground-floor entrance. It's suitable for backpackers, economical, efficient, and strategically located, close to malls and restaurants.

price is perfect for backpacker but, room is dirty. spiderweb almost in every corner, air conditioner is not in good shape but still working, bed lights not working but bathroom lights is working. feels like a perfect place for one night stand and for couple hours (short time) only not for 8H sleep at night. place is quite and good location, very close (13-15minutes walking) to Borneo Medical Center. Wifi very low and weak but, still useable. door lock unable to lock from outside, could be dangerous if you leave stuff inside the room.

The room is very not clean, I just can say to everyone just would like to choose this, find another hotel that has a bit higher price, its more worthy than choose the cheap hotel.

Not too far from city center. Plenty of shops and places to eat around the area. Other than that, you get what you paid the low price for. Only a towel, but no toiletries at all, not even toilet paper. Air conditioning unit have visible coating of dust. No water refill or access to hot water. Trash bin wasn't even emptied in the room I got. On the first night I was there, something went wrong with their security card that I got locked out when I stepped out to buy dinner. Took a while to get a response when contacting the customer support number so that I can get in.

The hotel service is very bad. It's dirty, there's no soap, even if you ask the receptionist, you won't get it. You only get a towel for bathing. Finding food is also difficult. The only advantage is that it is opposite The Springs.

The place is strategic. But unfortunately the room is very dirty, lots of dust, the toilet is also very dirty. The spray is also dirty.

Really really enjoy my stay here. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel gelap lampu sangat redup. Jadi suasana serem. Kalo malam dari lobi sampe kamar semua lampu remang-remang. Kamar pengap gak ada jendela.

It's dirty, the toilet door can't lock. The bedsheet is dirty and smelly. My body feels itchy all night … the room is so small without any table or chair. I booked for 4 days. Today is the second day. I canceled and check out d. Thank you hotel and app for processing my refund.

No TV entertainment... Only a blank TV.. No drinking water refill..

this hotel is perfect for backpacker, also long-stay. the room is very clean and tidy. but the receptionist isn't available 24 hrs so it difficult for people who had flight or plan in the morning because we cant check out before 7 am. the location of this hostel is very strategic: near the laundry, restaurants, mini-market, and The Spring mall.
