Friendly staff, clean and beautiful hotel.

I've been to Hai Phong twice, and this is probably the best hotel there. The food is quite delicious and varied, the space is clean, and the decor and everything feels very luxurious. The Chinese restaurant is also excellent. My family will definitely come back here many times because it's truly a wonderful stay.

My room on August 31st was not cleaned properly. There were still longan seeds and peels left in the slot above the bar area and there was still old trash in the trash can.
