Great location and beautiful hotel. The restaurant was also tasty. They offer tea and coffee for the room. Don’t miss out on the maple tea. It was memorable. The perk of a bus pass was super helpful and enabled us to get wherever we needed! Room was spacious and clean. The shower had some drain issues but still usable.

We love the hot pools!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our king suite was lovely, nice seating area, comfortable bed, coffee station, mini fridge and balcony area with a mountain view. Excellent bathroom with rain head shower, nice amenities and robes. Cons included loud kids in the hot pools so sadly we didn’t partake.

Don’t think. Just stay here. Perfection.

The hotel is beautiful. The scenery is amazing. The hot pools are fantastic. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. Sudden Sally, the restaurant on site, is great - food and coffee were amazing. Just overall a fantastic stay. Would love to stay there again.

Sheet is not clean. One of my bed sheet has blood remaining on it.

Property was well equipped, in close proximity to town, and great bar and kitchen.

Nice hotel, great Mountain View from the balcony. It's 20 mins away from the high traffic main shopping area, hence it's very quiet. We had a nice parking for our Tesla to charge too.

Hotel location is convenient , with Roam transit stop right across the street. Hotel provided complementary passes for the transit which helped a ton in going around the town. Hotel provided complementary pools on the property are excellent, with magnificent views.

An absolutely fabulous place to stay for those that appreciate a quiet spot in Banff, right next to walking trails in the woods. The hot pools were most enjoyable on the roof level. The room was so enjoyable.

Very comfortable for a long stay. Large rooms with balconies! They also have laundry facilities which is awesome! Very good location as well. Easy access via public transit to everything. Would recommend!

We loved the clean rooms and facilities. The bar and restaurant were convenient to have readily available. They also have a great coffee shop that offers great coffee and breakfast items. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

If you are struggling to decide where to stay in Banff, then let me make it very simple for you. The place you want to stay is here at Hotel Canoe. The room you want to book are the mountview rooms; hands down, it's worth every penny. The staff are so helpful and friendly.They offer complimentary bus passes that we can utilize during our entire stay. The local transit makes traveling within Banff very convenient during seasonal visits and the bus stop is in front of the hotel. They have one of the best breakfast places in town, Sudden Sally. Lastly, they are the first hotel when you enter Banff which makes it easy when you need to catch the highway. Also a petrol station is located across the street for convenience. DONT WALK, RUN TO BOOK A ROOM AT HOTEL CANOE!!!

Very clean and spacious room. The staff was very friendly. Wish breakfast was included. But coffee shop option was great!
