Nice accommodation. This accommodation is a small house with a kitchen, living room, and 1 bedroom. I came when it was raining and the road in front of the accommodation was muddy so it was a little uncomfortable because it was muddy. Car parking is outside but because it is on a dead end road so it does not block the public road. The check-in process is easy and clear even though I did not meet the owner. The room is comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning is cold.

Overall it was okay, fun, very clean, comfortable.

Alhamdulillah, it's worth it for a family event.

Mrs. Izza is very friendly, when we first arrived, she explained in detail what facilities we would get. It turned out to be a house with an aesthetic theme, so we could bring food to cook because cooking utensils were provided, and so on, and she even told us to cook it in the morning. For those who bring babies and toddlers like me, this was truly the most memorable experience while staying at the Ruby Exclusive Guest House in Padang, keep it up.

I stay for one night with family and my parents. Check in quiet late due to flight delay. Glad to found this miracle guesthouse, owner and admin via traveloka👍 I felt very welcome, warm, great chat, tolerance, and much more to wrote here😍. The guesthouse itself felt like home, nice bedroom, good 3 ac unit, simple-beauty-amaze, and for me the kitchen got complete tools👍 Oh, Bathroom was clean and simple, water not so cold cause even my 7years girl enjoyed it🤩. This place were close to Rumah Makan and shops nearby. Because I'm arrived late so I chose order foods via grab, haha😁 plenty, plenty, plenty foods and drink also some of favourite like kenangan coffee, kebab (kebab bro taste great!). If you visit Koto Padang, you must try this guesthouse. This place was unique and limited🥰😍❤️.*Few minus things not worth to highlight, the positives were much much more to appreciate✌️✌️✌️. Love from Malaysia🇲🇾

Arrival is warmly welcomed by Iza's mother with a warm tea. The house is also very nice and comfortable, just as seen in the photos. The house is also always fragrant. The location is also good, approximately 30 minutes to the city and 30 minutes to the airport.

An extraordinary staying experience, the accommodation is very homey, it feels like sleeping at home. I stay here 10 days without feeling bored, my child is also comfortable. When we arrived, we were given a warm tea welcome drink, the owner's mother and her children were also very friendly. Rooms can be cleaned every day, bottled drinking water is refilled every day. The location of the guest house is close to many places to eat, supermarkets, pharmacies, laundry and especially mosques. The main badabest ❤️

Experience of staying at Ruby Guesthouse, at first we were hesitant because we were asked for a deposit that was more than the provisions because we were 3 adults + 3 children, since we were late on the road, it was fine, we still stayed there with the terms and conditions that apply. The owner was very friendly, we were immediately served hot tea, there was also mineral water in the refrigerator, sugar, coffee and cooking utensils were available in the kitchen. Complete facilities, clean and comfortable. Prayer mats are available, but I didn't see any Qibla directions. Toiletries and towels are available, except brush and toothpaste. The application says you can't have breakfast but it turns out you can have breakfast. Our input: Qibla direction, extra blankets for those in the TV room, and car parking if you can go inside to make it safer. Since we were bringing children, we were always reminded to be careful because the stairs were without handrails and not to damage the property, luckily our children didn't pay in installments hehe. Honestly, this is the first time I've stayed at a guest house but I was treated like a king by the owner and his staff. Everyone is very friendly and fast. When you arrive you are immediately greeted with a welcome drink of orange ice. Everything is available here, there are towels, soap, shampoo, all rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is really complete and you can use everything! For those of you who want to stay in Padang, this is a hidden gem of accommodation. Super recommended.

It's like finding a diamond in the middle of the city. I thought I only got 1 room, but it turns out I got 1 house. Just like in the photo. The owner and team in the field were very responsive and quick in responding to the things I needed. When you arrived you were immediately greeted with a welcome drink and got 2 glasses of orange juice. What a very memorable stay experience. Every time I go to Padang, I will definitely go to this Guest House again! RECOMMENDED!

Very good! I think at this price you can get 1 room and use the kitchen and other things with other guests. It turned out that you got a full house for yourself according to what was shown in the photo. When I arrived I also got a welcome drink, the quick owner immediately contacted me to tell me things and the team at the location were very helpful in helping me with all my needs during my stay. There were absolutely no problems, in fact I was amazed all day how I could get accommodation this good at a very, very CHEAP price. Basically, every time I go to Padang I will always book at this Guest House. Highly recommend!
