The location is a bit far from the city center, so it takes a while to get anywhere, but the service is great, the staff are enthusiastic and helpful from start to finish, the rooms and facilities are new and very clean, and the food is delicious too.

🌿 My first impression of the resort was its beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a relaxing getaway, especially suitable for families with young children or elderly people. Sleeping at night was incredibly quiet, with almost no noise, thanks to excellent soundproofing. The beds were soft and comfortable, and I didn't experience back pain after waking up, unlike at some other places. 🤍 The staff, from the receptionists to the electric buggy driver, were all very enthusiastic and friendly. My family called for the buggy several times, and the driver was always cheerful, even taking us on a tour of the resort. The buggy arrived quickly, without any long waits. 🛏️ The rooms were clean and equipped with basic amenities like an iron and hairdryer. The 65-inch LG Smart TV was very large, and our room even had YouTube Premium (I'm not sure about other rooms). The details in the room were well-arranged, looking sophisticated and pleasant. 🏊 The swimming pool wasn't huge, but it was clean and beautifully designed. The resort is a bit far from the center of Phan Thiet, so getting around is a little inconvenient. However, it's perfectly fine if you're traveling by car, as there's ample parking. We went during the New Year's holiday and it wasn't too crowded, making it quite comfortable. 🍽️ The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge selection, but the food was delicious and my whole family enjoyed it. 👉 We will definitely return if we have the chance to visit Mui Ne again 👍

Location is super isolated, and there is no private beach as they shared. The beach is on the opposite side of the hotel. The room is dirty, especially the furniture, which looks cheap and not clean. There is a rusty trash can and a cockroach in the room. Food is very, very simple; I don't even want to say it's worth more than a 2-star hotel. And importantly, the staff doesn't look friendly at all. I don't think it's worth the money I paid.

The resort is new, clean, and beautiful, suitable for small families to relax - eat, sleep, and swim all day. However, it lacks amenities for children and the restaurant's food portions are too large - there is no choice of dish size, so sometimes my family only ordered 1 rice and 1 soup and was full, and couldn't try any other dishes.
