Actually I was going to stay in VIP but I don't know why it was sold to someone else but in the end I was replaced with 2 rooms even though the types were different and the rooms were small, it was okay rather than having to look for another hotel because it was the holiday season, the guy in front who took care of it was good, thank you for your help

for cleanliness it's good, but when you first enter the room it smells of cigarette smoke, the bedsheets have holes from cigarette ash splashes... and it turns out the receptionist was also smoking downstairs so the smell also reached upstairs when the room door was opened... overall it's good

The room is clean, comfortable, the facilities are good, I highly recommend it. If I go to Jogja, I will stay here again, the price is really good.
