stayed for 3 nights, the room was never cleaned, we bought our own toiletries..it would have been better to stay in a boarding house..

If it's breakfast, don't ask guests to share it between 2 in a large bowl. It's better to be given 2 small bowls. The impression is really insulting. The staff is kind and friendly.
