This is my second stay here, as the room is better than the more expensive hotel next door. There's an elevator and large windows. One thing I've noticed on both stays is that towels aren't provided in the room, so guests have to request them. Sometimes the hot water is available, sometimes not. I requested a high floor but was given a room on the first floor. 😓 There's no restaurant, so breakfast wasn't served.

There was no staff on standby in the lobby during check-in. The bathroom was not kept clean and the equipment was outdated. The smart TV remote often had problems because many of the buttons were not working or were difficult to press. The water didn't flow at all in the sink and toilet, so you had to report it to the lobby staff before it could flow.

Must be upgraded all of the categories at this hotel.

I recommend not staying here until the service is good. From arrival to departure, the service was absolutely zero. The price is high, but the service is non-existent. A better place to stay for around 100,000 won would have been better.

Worst... Overpriced rooms, zero service, lights out, no water, no amenities. Terrible, highly not recommended.

The service doesn't match the price. Wow, the service is worse than a 100,000 rupiah inn. The lights are out, the water is out, and there are no towels. There's no one manning the front desk. Seriously, the worst.

The bed was nice and comfortable. The large windows were a plus, and the smart TV was a plus. Unfortunately, Netflix was mostly locked. The jet sprayer and showerhead needed improvement.

Please note the water supply, there's no water on the third floor, and the shower water is very hot. If possible, there could be breakfast next time.

The place is comfortable, but the paint on the wall near the AC needs repair, as it looks like water seepage. Opening the balcony directly overlooks Mount Gamalama. It's great in the morning.

It's good, but the bathroom amenities are still lacking. Towels, a water heater, and toiletries aren't very good for the price.

The hotel was great. I arrived at 10 a.m. and was immediately allowed into my room without any additional fees, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was top-notch. Even better, it was close to the mosque, so we could pray together. Best of luck.

The hotel staff was friendly, but they didn't provide the usual toothbrushes, soap, and toothpaste. There were towels, but they were provided with new ones. That's all there is to it. Please be more careful with the hotel staff. I'll definitely stay here again next time, hehe. It's comfortable.

Nice hotel and good service. The mall is within walking distance. The price is reasonable.

Not worth it if you bring a baby, no hot water supply for drinking. The bathroom smells, the tap water runs slowly.

The AC is not cold, if you enter before check in time you will be charged 50% 😥

Booked for 2 days, and the water went off twice while taking a shower, namely on the night of check-in & morning of check-out.
