My one-night stay at IB23 was quite memorable. For the price, the room was very spacious and clean compared to other hotels in the same price range. However, I would like to address several issues I encountered during my stay: 1. The hallway from the elevator to the room smelled of smoke, which the cleaning staff found was due to a restaurant on the first floor that grills pizza. Even with the windows closed, the smoke still lingered, making it uncomfortable to get to my room. 2. There were many cats in the lobby area, and one even sat on the chairs. However, none of the staff chased the cats away. Because the hotel lobby is an outdoor area, cats can come and go. My concern is that cats can sit on the chairs, and this cleanliness issue could be a problem. If guests are allergic to animal dander, it could cause health problems. Otherwise, I think the hotel was good, and I hope the cleanliness and service will be maintained.

The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The sourdough bread was delicious. The pizza was also delicious. There's a 20% restaurant discount for those staying overnight. You won't regret staying here. 👍👍

The hotel is very comfortable, close to dago street, hospital and ITB campus

We enjoyed staying at the Hotel. Close to Unpad or ITB, a kilo walk to Gasibu, meaning that the surrounding provided you a lot of food variety. The restaurant gave us a good discount for the menu inhouse restaurant for guests and I didn't expect it tasted very delicious and nice plating.

My stay here was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were great, the Wi-Fi was strong, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and polite. The only downside is that the portal closes after 9 p.m., even though it's close to the DU culinary scene.

Affordable price for a double deluxe room with two breakfasts. The room is clean, minimalist yet elegant, and comfortable to sleep in. The restaurant doesn't offer much variety, but it's delicious and the price per portion is affordable. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel area is comfortable, quiet, beautiful, and has many small cafes. It's close to Dago and the city center.

However, the internet is still unstable, so the smart TV in the room is not optimal. Next time I'll put it on my list if I plan a vacation to Bandung.

For those who like to stay in peace like me who is currently on guidance and going back and forth to the Unpad building next door, this is a suitable place, comfortable and safe, the surrounding atmosphere is cool with lots of trees, good service, extraordinary cleanliness, all the staff are friendly and quick, especially the security who wants to go out, we are given information on how to enter and exit the hotel if we come home after 9 pm, even though there is a portal at night there is no problem entering the hotel area, in fact it is good for security, even things are delivered to the room. When I ordered pizza, I was given free infused water and light snacks. The ladies who served me were cute, friendly, and patient when I was fussy about the menu. I just found out that this cafe has a hotel even though I often go to Unpad Imam Bonjol. Next time I'll go to Prof. for guidance, God willing, I'll stay here again. I'm also just a short walk to Unpad Dipati Ukur. Keep up the good service, okay? 😍😍 I rarely give reviews, but this time I'm very satisfied staying here.

The hall on our floor had a very bad and strong musty smell which also oozed into our room. We opened the room window for a while so that the smell could dissipate a bit. But everytime we went out, we had to bear the smelly hallway again. The room itself was clean and nice even though the AC had a blocker which we had to take off so that the room can get cooler. The breakfast selection is ok although it could be improved by making sure plates and silverware are still there before breakfast time is over. The best of our stay was the location and the friendly cats greeting and playing with us at the outdoor parking/drop-off.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The location is close to a well-known coffee shop. The only downside is that the road to get there is a bit of a detour at night, but it's okay and easy to find.
