The hotel reception promised to prepare our breakfast take away at 5:30 in the morning because its restaurant only opened for breakfast from 6:30. As we already prepaid our breakfast, the hotel rejected to refund our breakfast and insisted to prepare takeaway for us. However, the breakfast was not ready at 5:30am. The hotel reception repeated saying our breakfast was on the way. We ended up leaving the hotel for the airport after 5:30 in the morning without breakfast. The hotel rejected my refund request.

Lights kept shutting off except for the living room. Called to complain about it. Waited 1.5 hours no one came. Went down to the lobby to complain in person. Came back up to the room and the lights were working again. But then they shut off 30 Minutes later. And yes the jet card was in the slot. Did not realize the room was decorated in pink before checking in. Personal thing about pink colors. I just don’t like it. Location was strange and not a good area during the summer months. Nothing around too hot to walk and awkward to get an uber from the hotel. Staff was pleasant but I just didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel or my room. In fact when the lights went out a second I just left and went to a different hotel. Probably a great hotel for families but not for me.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay…from the pleasant staff to the very comfortable rooms…I would definitely stay here again, my stay was very pleasant….my only hiccup is that it’s wasn’t easy for uber to find the pickup location because this hotel is connected to another hotel and the pickup is in the very confusing basement

Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences is actually a rather nice hotel. Built well, keeps out the noise from the outside busy roads and even though it is a built up area, it feels private. The hotel overlooks the Dubai Creek and the views are great. On a clear day you can see the Burj Khalifa from the hotel. The hotel team are friendly and polite and most of them try to help as much as possible. The apartment was spacious, clean and decorated well. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a buggy facility to take you to and from the hotel to the front of the Marriot Marquis hotel at the front, making it easier to get to the Creek shopping mall and food district. However, this service is not publicised and we ended up at night around 11.30pm, having to walk 10mins to get to the Hilton hotel which is at the back of the hotel area. The hotel provides a continental breakfast. The baked goods lacked freshness and pastries were rock hard and dry. The hotel also boast as spa, sauna and steam room facility. In my 5 days stay at the hotel, the spa and steam room never worked. I enquired everyday and checked in everyday and everyday the sauna and steam room did not work. The steam room also had broken tiles and tap section which was very disappointing. Overall the hotel is good, but it definitely needs some work doing so that all the facilities work properly for guests to enjoy. I did raise this with the online hotel app team, however I received no response.

Outstanding property and service. Prompt and warm attention to all needs. We arrived late in the evening and they had the baby crib we had requested ready in the room. Very helpful staff from the valet through to the front desk. Excellent communication and follow through. Would definitely recommend and would stay again with pleasure.

A good stay, great location. It will get better once the surrounding buildings are completed. One downside was somewhere in the bedroom there was the sound of water dripping but could not be detected.

This hotel is hidden in the parking garage of Marriott Marquis. This made it extremely difficult to hire taxi services and delayed our adventures around Dubai and surrounding cities. The hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful; however, the service is subpar. My husband’s birthday surprise in the room was embarrassing for a supposedly 5 star hotel and it was ultimately ruined due to staff not being attentive to my requests to do something special for him after noting it on booking and also four other times at the hotel the day of his birthday. He was able to guess what was going on and we didn’t go into the room until later in the night and it was in a hurry due to having to leave for the airport for our flights. I did get some accommodation due to this mishap by an understanding Asian lady. I appreciated her so much. As a travel agent, I will NOT recommend nor book from this hotel ever again. The breakfast is mediocre and overly priced at $33/day and also had limited availability as well as the location being extremely inconvenient and far from everything. The toiletries weren’t checked for content levels and this shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. As a Hilton credit card holder/member as well, this was not a great experience for a memorable occasion.
