Check-in was slow. At check-out, the staff forgot to provide the deposit, and they wanted to sue me, but they didn't have any proof of deposit, but that was okay.

The hotel lacks maintenance, the balcony area is not cleaned, the toilet area in the basement is very smelly and stuffy, perhaps because it is combined with an apartment so maintenance is not optimal, hopefully the cleanliness of all areas can be improved.

The hotel is easy to find, located on the roadside, integrated with the apartments. It's just a short walk to Tebet Ecopark.

Breakfast variety needs to be increased. There are no pastries. The "park view" app shows street view plus vacant land 😂. Other than that, it's okay.

Friendly staff, comfortable place, kids love it, thanks for the mirror art for my husband's birthday. The tiles in the swimming pool are loose, please fix them soon, poor kids. The food is delicious, I took the Tokyo type room 2. The main room's AC is leaking, it looks dirty. Please activate QRIS payments so it's easier... Overall, I like everything, it's comfortable... The room was clean but apartment-like. The service was a bit stiff, and the free parking was a hassle. You had to register every time you checked in, and even then, you had a 20-minute time limit before leaving.
