The villa staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was clean, with 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, and 1 outdoor bathroom. The swimming pool has its own bathroom. The breakfast was complete, plentiful, and delicious. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Thank you 🩵

I booked at 18.30 WIB and was immediately contacted by the hotel staff and guided to the hotel location. Check-in at 22.30 WIB, the hotel staff was already on standby waiting. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Easy access to the location, located in a housing complex with a carport with a capacity of 1 car. The hotel is clean, neat and comfortable. Hot water for bathing is available in one of the 3 bathrooms provided. The swimming pool is also clean with clear and fresh mountain water, the pool size is enough for 3-4 children to play in the water. The hotel environment is quiet and there is no disturbing noise at all. Safe environment, we stayed 1 night and while at the hotel, the fence could not be closed because it was blocked by our car. There is a rooftop with a view of Mount Marapi and Mount Singgalang, comfortable for a place to drink tea and coffee in the morning. We were served a buffet breakfast and hot water was always available with gallon mineral water in the dispenser. Overall, our family's experience staying 1 night at this hotel was pleasant and satisfying. Thank you to the very responsive and helpful hotel staff.
