I booked a room in advance and paid. Because I wanted to get a room late, I called in advance to inform about late check-in. However, when I arrived, the staff said there was no room and had reported the cancellation to Traveloka, but I did not receive any notification. Then I had to wait 1 hour for the hotel until 9pm before the receptionist transferred me to a nearby hotel. The receptionist's attitude was superficial, only focused on watching football. Will not come back a second time.

I found the hotel room small but clean, good location, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, train station, nearby streets, friendly staff! The only thing is poor soundproofing.
