The staff was very unresponsive, especially at the resort reception. The room was stuffy, as if it hadn't been occupied for a long time. The bathroom door gong wouldn't close because the door leaf was wider than the wall, and it was completely broken. Breakfast, despite being very budget-friendly, was surprisingly tasty, but the menu was very minimal.

The staff is friendly, the place is very clean, all electronics work well.

Please separate breakfast for those at the resort and hotel because the dining area at the hotel is too small.

It turns out you don't have to travel far to see the beauty of nature. From Hotel Sartika, it feels like Bali. Visiting Krui was my first experience thanks to the hotel's recommended facilities on the app. We enjoyed our 3-night stay, and the restaurant food was both affordable and delicious. The beach is child-friendly, the sunset is clearly visible, the rooms are okay, but unfortunately the breakfast menu is less than satisfactory for a resort class with the room price offered, and the cleanliness of the swimming pool needs attention. The breakfast menu and swimming pool cleanliness need to be improved.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful but the room is problematic. The shower water doesn't work, the android TV can't access Netflix, and the kettle is dusty. The parking coordination between the hotel and the resort is also not good

The toilet water was off, the hot water wasn't on so my baby had to take a cold shower and cry, the wifi kept disappearing, the bathroom smelled.

Initially the bathroom toilet had a problem and was allowed to move to another room. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable.

Alhamdulillah. The experience of staying at Hotel Sartika was very pleasant. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, they asked to add an extra bed because maybe there was a minimum threshold for room usage. The food was delicious from the first day to the last day. When eating breakfast at the resort, the food ran out, because we went to Batu Tihang Beach first and then went to the resort for breakfast. The staff was quick to go back and forth adding side dishes, rice, gallon water, and the distance from the kitchen to the restaurant was quite far. MasyaAllah. The water was smooth. The distance to the beach is close. If you stay at the resort, you will go straight to the beach. If you stay at the hotel, you have to cross a little, and you will go straight to the beach. Overall, I was impressed at Sartika, all the elements support us to return to vacation at Sartika.

I wanted to try to find food at the restaurant but it was full of people breaking the fast.
