This is a great little place with a buffet breakfast one can tuck into 24/7 The only downsides are no table with a table in the room and it's positioned up a hill so every walk back to the hotel includes an uphill struggle lol Staff were very friendly and it's only 7 mins walk from Park Guell too

Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Free 24-hour food/drink selection in the kitchen lobby was fabulous. Nice porch/terrace with tables was lovely with all the beautiful flor & fauna around. Location was perfectly walkable to local attractions (if you can handle hills!) with some gorgeous city views. Bus stops just down the hill. I enjoyed my stay!

We did not stay there because our taxi driver did not want to drop us off someplace he deemed unsafe. He took us to what appeared to be a boarding house in the worst section of town. He told us there were lots of drugs and crime and didn’t think it was safe for two women. We stayed at a different property. You should take this place out of your offerings.

Wonderful pensione in the Parc Guell neighborhood.

Stayed here for spring break and have no complaints at all. Staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions or requests and services were amazing. The breakfast/snack selection was also fantastic. Would absolutely recommend Verdi 254.

Although small, room was comfortable. The coffee and pastries buffet was excellent and open 24 hrs. Quiet and a good value for the money. Will come back.

I’m extremely disappointed with Verdi 254. I booked a room here, but when I arrived, it was not as expected. I had no choice but to cancel after asking for a proper room with restroom as expected but they did not have one available. When I spoke with their customer service, they were kind and promised a full refund due to the situation. I was relieved, as I trusted their word and thought I could count on them. However, it’s been over two months, and I’m still waiting for the refund they promised. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, but each time, I’m met with vague responses or outright refusal to honor their initial commitment. To make matters worse, when I went through my bank for help, Verdi 254 even disputed the chargeback, despite their initial promise of a refund. It feels like they’re doing everything they can to avoid paying what they owe. I expected better service and accountability, especially from a hotel that seemed reputable. If you’re considering staying here, be wary of dishonesty and potential scams—they might not stand by their word in the end.

Beautiful property in the heart of seville

Check in time for this property is listed until 8pm. We arrived to a locked gate at 7pm and were only allowed on the property by a kind soul who had pity on us. There was also another guest waiting to check in once inside the property. She had also been waiting for 30 minutes prior to our arrival. Multiple attempts were made to contact the property manager without success. Thankfully the other guest was able to find a WhatsApp number for the business and contact them. We waited over two hours to check in. Had it not been for the kindness of strangers we would have been locked out on the street all night. Once checked in, we found there is only a community bathroom on each floor. This is not explained in the property details. The elevator is also in disrepair and you can only use the stairs. I would not recommend this place. We only saw once staff person during our entire stay.

A lovely place to stay in Barcelona! A little out of the way from downtown, but easy to get anywhere by metro (about 8 min walk to the metro). My room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was amazing (available all day!), and Thai was very friendly and helpful! I would love to stay here again!

What you don’t see from the listed photos is the gorgeous facade of the building. It is recessed from the street so when you arrive there is a real sense of wow. We had room 8 with private bathroom and shared terrace. You also don’t see there is access to the roof with a fab view! Very close to metro which we used to get around, and to park Guell. Being able to have a snack whenever was a great feature, as was a map that was left in our room. Very happy with our stay here
