The location is actually strategic and close to many famous cafes. The staff is also friendly, and the cleanliness is okay and neat. The only downside when I was there was that the TV wouldn't work because they said there was a problem, and the curtains smelled a bit of urine. Oh yeah, there was also an additional fee at check-in. Shouldn't that be included in Traveloka? Other than that, it's okay.

I chose this room because the price was quite cheap, but it turned out that when I checked in I was asked for an additional 40k / room with the reason that there were only rooms left with AC, TV & WiFi facilities, even though in the advertisement description these facilities were already listed with the listed price, very disappointing! For that total price I should have gotten a better room, because I checked in late at night so I was forced to agree rather than having to look again

Absolutely not. For those who book on the app, it's better to confirm directly with the accommodation. If you come when checking in, they just add the cost as they please, if we don't agree we are told to cancel. For comfort, it's not really for an accommodation, even though it's cheap, the service and facilities are not the same.
