Great breakfast and good location for our needs (shame about the building work across on the Town Hall. Shower grouting needs redoing and sealant mouldy.

Me and my partner had a really nice time at this hotel. The room was very nicely decorated and the hotel itself was nice and clean, the room was clean however there were a few little things we picked up on like things under the bed that was left but it didn’t bother us as such. The aircon was okay. The rooms wasn’t boiling hot however the aircon did only go down to 19 degrees. We did ask the staff if they could unlock it so we could put it down to 16 but they said they couldn’t so it could have been colder which would have made it more comfortable as we stayed during the 31 degree heat but it wasn’t unbearable but it wasn’t noisy which was a positive. They gave us late checkout free of charge until 12 which we appreciated a lot. Overall we was happy with our stay and would stay again

Great night away, lovely quiet hotel. Booked a long time in advance & was pretty pricey but everywhere is at the moment. Lovely staff, able to check in early, great offer on cocktail/breakfast deal. Enjoyed the roof top bar, peaceful room and superb breakfast. Our aircon wasn’t great but no complaints

Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Bar staff very friendly. Club room was beautiful. Very comfy sofa and spacious bed. Lovely bathroom. Prints on the walls and ceiling were beautiful. Would definitely stay again

Our stay did’nt start well. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Costa. However I had booked a meal at the rooftop restaurant via The Fork app; Costa informed me that they could not honor this booking. However Costa did everything he could to ease my frustration and we had a lovely meal in the Bar and Grill where Harvey looked after us. Our room 304 was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Later that evening we had cocktails in the rooftop bar which were gorgeous and the venue and staff were excellent.

Lovely hotel room & good location. We were a party of 10 & check in took some time as there was only 1 member of staff on.

We were a party of 15 staying at the Malmaison for a wedding. The staff couldn't have been any lovelier. I cant recommend the hotel enough. We also ate there on the Friday night and were very well looked after. The hotel itself was beautiful and perfectly situated in the centre of town. Definitely worth a stay if coming to Manchester.

Clean, good position, friendly staff

Perfect location, rooms great, breakfast great, staff great. Only thing that let this trip down was the rude awakening of the fire alarms at 7am that appeared to be a false alarm...not once but twice and no apology when checking out. Would still stay here again though as the hotel is great

Beautiful hotel and room fantastic breakfast. Very noisy though with the road outside so we didn't sleep perhaps earplugs in the room would be good.

Nice hotel, room and bathroom, good breakfast and friendly reception staff. Only downside was we couldn’t get a drink in the rooftop bar even though it was quiet - was told it was fully booked and there was hardly anyone in there!

Great location. Nice design. Staff generally helpful and polite. Nice room. Rooftop terrace is great in the evening.
