The hotel is nice and simple. This has been my family and I's regular choice when staying in Medan. However, yesterday I was a little disappointed because we couldn't choose which floor to stay on, as we usually get to choose the first or second floor. Yesterday, we were given the third floor, which was quite tiring to carry our large suitcases up. And the room smelled unpleasant upon entering, a fishy smell. Then I asked for air freshener, and then it felt a little better. It would be better if air fresheners were always provided without guests having to ask.

When I booked, I chose a room with a balcony, but when I arrived, I couldn't find one. The receptionist decided I had to be on the first floor because I had a suitcase. It didn't make sense to me, sorry to say. There was no toilet paper. The headboard of the bed faced the toilet door. Please move it; it's unhealthy. Overall, the room, bed, and bathroom were clean and tidy. Thanks to all the staff.
