A good hotel and suitable for family staycation, especially for children because it has a waterpark. Too bad there is no swimming pool for adults. The rooms are nice because they are themed rooms, unfortunately when I stayed there were a lot of ants under the bed in my room. What makes it most uncomfortable is the bathroom and toilet. Although they are separate, there are no locks or hangers for towels and change of clothes. Not all families are comfortable with bathroom and toilet like that. Please improve and add facilities, especially the mat in front of the bathroom and toilet. It would be better if there was one mat for each, not just 1 for both. Then for large rooms that can accommodate 3 or more people, it would be better if there was a large trash can. Then mineral water for a 9 person room, it would be better if the amount was adjusted. There was also a waitress who looked down on our family because we asked for additional plates and spoons. Because we shared our meal with the kids, I don't know if the lady was busy or not in the mood, it took a long time to give it, even though my husband was waiting in front of the kitchen door, he didn't give it. I even asked for it 3 times while complaining, it was only given when we were almost finished. I rushed back to our room to get the kids' bowls and spoons. Overall it was okay, it was just the details that were lacking. Thank you, our family had a really fun time there.

Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff... the only downside is the breakfast... it's not very tasty and there are only 4 menu choices, they have an ala carte concept, not an all you can eat buffet... the food tastes really bad.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful when the kids are throwing a tantrum and can't check in. Every time you pass through the hallway on your way to the room, you'll hear the noisy sounds of children, so the hotel doesn't seem scary, hehehe

The breakfast itself is a bit mediocre. Sorry, it's 50,000 Rupiah, so it's better to look across the street to PGC, where there are lots of delicious, affordable options. Other than that, it's really great. The room is really great, exceeding expectations. The kids were happy just playing in the room. There's also a Lego building, which is really fun for kids to do. Everything is great.
