The hotel staff is friendly, the bell boy is fast to respond, the food is quite good, the room size is sufficient, the TV is good, the AC is a bit noisy and not cold enough, the bathroom sink is not clean and smells bad because the water hole has no cover, the towels are dirty, otherwise everything is good including the strategic location.
