I arrived at 1/2 pm and tried to check in, but couldn't, claiming the rooms were full. I waited a while until I finally tried again at 4/5 pm, claiming the rooms weren't available and the app was full, but the app couldn't be closed.
I asked for a refund and waited for news from my superior. It's really strange that I knew the room was full from 1/2 pm until the afternoon, and then I could get a refund, only to have to wait for news from my superior. I tried upgrading my room and waited for news. 🤣.
The funny thing about this incident was that many people were just as funny, it felt like I was queuing for groceries.
As for the female receptionist's attitude, well, it was standard, and the price was reasonable.
I was most disappointed with the room.
