Always issues with check-in with Angia.
Team is not professional.
I was asked to leave the apartment I checked in to after I had checked in for 2 hours already.
They didn’t send me back my money.

Key was not in mailbox as promised. Had to wait 1 hour in lobby for another room.
After having waited the room was not cleaned at all. Had to wait another 1.5 hour for cleaning.
Poor communication from landlord.

Having serious problems with this landlord so many times.
I've booked many times and they always have issues with either:
- Cleaners have not completed cleaning 2 pm (the official check-in time) so customers having to stand outside door waiting for 1-2 hours
- Key card not to be found in mailbox as promised
- Cleaners walking in while you are in the shower or sleeping. Happeed 10+ times
- Apartments have not been cleaned prior check-in. They will then ask you to go back down to lobby and wait 2 hours until room has been cleaned
I've been so patient with this landlord but cannot keep this anymore....
