The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff was so empathise especially Florence and her team, which make my stay wonderful.
Traveloka and the service team are sucks, it takes them too long to solve a problem which I need to wait at hotel lobby for almost 2 hours before I can get my room due to Traveloka's mistake. The Traveloka customer service and the way they handle issue is really poor and disappointing.
