Although the hotel is newly built, it is not well maintained, so there are many broken things in the room that are not repaired in time, and the hotel reception is not handled immediately. There is also a lack of supplies in the room, 5 people staying but there is only enough for 2 people, no bowls and food, only 2 pans and 1 small knife, towels and toiletries are also lacking.

I'd like to provide some feedback about my recent check-in experience. The process felt quite slow, and there was no clear communication about the $200 deposit—what it covers or when it will be refunded. Could this be improved for future guests?
