I booked a room 1 day in advance but after arriving, there were no rooms available, the owner contacted me to say that I did not arrive so he sold the room to someone else. I really had a hard time understanding that story, and I had paid, even if I did not stay, I had already paid for that room so he could not do that to me, he said that he had not received the money from the floor so he had the "RIGHT" to sell the room to someone else. Whether he received the money or not was his business, and since I had paid, the hotel had the obligation to keep the room for me. And then he had a solution which was to move me to another room with 2 beds and said we could only use 1 bed, I agreed. And I had unpacked my things and put them in the closet when the staff came up and said they were moving me to another home 🙂. I was really upset, I was a guest, not a puppet, and the climax was when I brought my suitcase down to the lobby, he said I should go back to that room and rest. The suitcase is heavy, carrying it up and down, there is no elevator. Am I your joke???, the hot water in the room is on forever but it is not hot enough to take a bath. I swear I will never come back to any home stay again. The staff is very nice, the ladies are very supportive... but with the owner of the Home, I cannot agree with what he did to us during this vacation.
