Anyway, it's the best to stay here, it's great, the staff is friendly.

The hotel is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is strategically located next to a mall and water park, making it perfect for bringing kids for a staycation. There's also a water dispenser for refilling drinking water.

Everything was great. The kids loved staying here, right next to the mall and water park, and the pool is warm. The location is excellent, close to the train station, which we happened to be using. We also got a room upgrade, thank you Mecure Garut...

The hotel is in a very strategic location, just a 10-minute walk from Garut station. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are great.

The location is very close to the town square and train station. So, if you're coming from Jakarta by train, it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. The hotel is right next to the mall (and the only mall) in Garut. The food is quite varied and generally delicious. The view of Mount Papandayan is also a plus. If I may suggest, the hotel could provide a rooftop telescope (if available) so guests can view all the mountains surrounding Garut.

Highly recommended, especially for business visits.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is varied and tasty. Next time I visit Garut, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The service is friendly, the room is clean, colorful, a good combination of colors... I like it. The food is very delicious, there are many choices, the hexsos in the bathroom doesn't work. It makes it uncomfortable. But otherwise everything is ok. Next time I'll stay at Mercure again when I go to Garut. Success Mercure
