Clean comfortable room in a good location for visiting family. Lovely helpful staff

Very handy for The Mill at Sonning. Very nice hotel, friendly staff and large, clean comfortable room.

Dining area tired and in need of decorating

The room and venue were both really good. Wifi was not great and often dropped out. Breakfast staff Mon/Tues were professional and helpful but the staff on duty for Weds/Thurs definitely need customer service training.

Good value for the area. However, the place seems rather bland and in need of a refurb. Make sure your shower works before you unpack - ours didn't!

Like staying here as it's near my daughter. Staff friendly and really helpful ( especially if you misplace your keys, oops!) ). Dining facilities really good and the foods great also. Will definitely be staying again and would recommend to anyone.

A very cheerful and helpful welcome which is always appreciated. The Hotel was conveniently beside the A4 and easy to find. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. Dining in the Hungry Horse was OK but not exceptional. The availability of a Snacks/Drinks Vending Machine was also a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Basic accommodation in a convenient location. The car park is a good size and the pub next door has a decent menu for evening meal and breakfast. Also the garage nearby has a co-op store if you need any extra snacks and food. As mentioned it's in a well connected area so I'd probably use again when in the area

Very convenient for my purposes e.g. visiting family in Twyford. It doesn't pretend to be something it isn't and this is reflected in the prices. That said it has everything you'll need, it all works and the food and drinks pub prices and quality.

It was fairly clean. However. Peeling paint, chipped and stained furniture, and a restaurant that makes Wetherspoons look like a 5 star establishment means we won't be back.
