Checked in for 2 nights - room was very clean as was the hotel- all the staff are so friendly and polite which makes the stay so much nicer

Nice property with a swimming pool near St.Tropez Clean room, comfortable bed and nice coffee maker Nice breakfast The only problem i had was the small size of the room and the bathroom was extremely small. There was not enough room to open luggage. Book a bigger room.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful!

We stayed at this hotel for one night and we were helped by the hotel manager named Hugo. He was so friendly, extremely helpful, really added to our experience at the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean. Overall a 5 star rating

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to illness. I gave such a low rating because we reached out to the property several weeks ahead of time and explained it all. Even though they had plenty of time to get another booking, they refused to refund any of our money. They hid behind the “rules”. But yet, they could have had a heart and done the right thing and helped us out.

The staff is great, but the property can not consider 4 star. They need improvement in the room and breakfast. It is walkable to center.

Great hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed. About a 25 minute walk into st Tropez and rooms were clean and as pictured.

We inquired about a taxi for the trip between the hotel and the train station and the manager said he reserved a taxi for us and it would only cost a little more than a Uber which would be 95 euros. However, he ended up ordering us a town car which was $230 euros and cost us way more than we could afford. This was incredibly annoying and it seemed like they have a side deal between them which was extremely shady. I am quite upset as we did not anticipate this significant expense and it set back our trip financially. the hotel was okay however the staff was not trustworthy for this reason.
