The staff were amazing. I can’t remember all their names but Carmen is the only name I can remember. She was kind and helpful. The chef(s) and kitchen staff made our stay pleasant, serving us delicious food throughout our stay. The rooms were clean but my only concern is that the doors are not soundproof so you could hear noise from outside. The pool was clean and warm and the spa was fantastic. It was a nice experience overall and worth a place to return to.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Would return without hesitation.

Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.

Fabulous staff and a really lovely hotel. Food in the restaurant was delicious with a great variety of choice. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be going back.

From the moment we entered the hotel we felt special. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. Water in shower was nice and hot. We ate in restaurant two out of the three nights we were there and the quality was good. It was our birthdays and we had a small cake and candle wishing us happy birthday one of the days. The other birthday we had our room decorated with swans and red rose petals. Lovely touches. Would definitely go back

Rooms were pretty spacious and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Customers come first to the staff and they drop everything to make sure each individual is seen to promptly and with courtesy. Breakfast is lovely and dinner was good albeit, if you are a plain eater there isn’t a lot to choose from in terms of British dishes. It’s mixed cuisine with an orientlal / Asian bias. The only aspect of my stay that I found annoying was that even as a hotel guest, one had to pay for parking at the hotel which I didn’t agree with. The hotel is already quite expensive without having to pay for parking on top of it. Nice hotel but overall, found it expensive and perhaps a little overpriced.

We loved our stay, the room was a perfect size for a family of four, comfortable beds and very clean. The pool was great for our children and the breakfast was a combination of are to order and buffet. The food was delicious and there were children options which was brilliant. A special mention goes to the outstanding dinner we had at their restaurant, the Marigold. The food was exceptional, both for the adults and the children meals were loved by both our daughters. Wine was perfectly chilled and desserts were lovely.

We reached early and the staff was very kind to let us check-in early. Spacious room, nice view to the rear garden, good breakfast, best veg sausages I ever had. Dinner was great too, bit on the expensive side but worth the spend. All in all, 5 stars

Yes the breakfast was lovely and fresh, the room lovely size , clean and very comfortable. The spa facilities were really good felt very relaxed .☺️

What an excellent place. The staff are incredible and amazingly helpful. Very clean everywhere and a good restaurant. We will certainly return.

Great room - spacious and clean. Lovely staff. Nice facilities. But our room was located under a first floor balcony and a couple who decided to talk and drink (and argue) on their balcony to late into the night. Just don’t stay in a room under a balcony

All staff were really friendly and professional, lots of personal touches. Drinks brought to the spa area. Lovely hotel would recommend, thank you.

Beautiful hotel just outside Tenby centre/beaches. Friendly staff, lovely leisure facilities and superb evening dinners.

Room was light, spacious and spotless . Beautiful heart shaped Welsh cakes to greet us.

What a beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, spa is really lovely has pool, sauna, jacuzzi and hot tub, has a quiet wellness room. Our room was a executive room which is large with a bath. Very clean Food was exceptional, I would recommend staying here. We will be back
