A nice, good value hotel in a great location for walking, medieval towns and the Yellow Train. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the spa was closed while we were there (staffing problems). The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable although our shower was a bit cramped and awkward to use.

While the property is nice and the location is as good as advertised, the stay was very subpar, highlighted by two glaring problems: 1) Absolutely no staff on Sunday for our arrival. No front desk staff to check in, no guest services for questions - nobody. 2) No air conditioning made the spacious room uninhabitable, and sleep was incredibly hard to come by during the terrible heatwave that the region was experiencing when we were there.

A pleasant overnight stay on our trip around the Pyrenees, very nice young lady on reception was very helpful.

Todo fue satisfactorio, respecto la habitación aunque resultó funcional me sorprendió el funcionamiento y poco actualizado de los grifos, el lavabo con agua caliente y fría en posición opuesta a la estándar y por ello poco intuitiva, el grifo de la ducha anticuado, no termostático y de muy mal facto, aunque funciona, debería ser sustituido. Por lo demás todo bien, trato, limpieza ... Respecto a la página de fr.hoteles me he sentido agobiado, continuos mensajes de promociones ofertas etc. No son deseados y como información con uno es suficiente, desde mi punto de vista tanta insistencia me produce rechazo.

Chambre trés confortable et spacieuse

Todo muy abandonado, las ventanas no las han limpiado en años, el spa. no está operativo, la ducha enana y sin jabón, el desagüe del lavabo clavado y el agua no se filtraba, en fin, todo muy descuidado.

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. restaurant indépendant mais suffisamment proche, une cuisine simple mais dommage cependant ne pas proposer des spécialités locales. Petit déjeuner très simple, plus de choix et plus d'informations sur les horaires aurait été apprécié.

Cadre magnifique, mais l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu. Première chambre : fourmilière, pas très agréable Personnel au courant de ce problème mais ne propose pas d’office une autre chambre, suite à ma remarque, le personnel a bien réagit et m’a proposé une autre chambre. Mais malheureusement celle ci, n’était pas propre, miroir, fenêtres, sol, dommage..

Nosotros vinimos con el tren amarillo y fácilmente se accede al hotel cogiendo un bus que tarda 10 minutos desde Villefranche Le Conflent. El hotel es algo antiguo (ascensores). La habitación era quàdruple y muy bien, luminosa, amplia y con nevera y microondas y un detalle que se aprecia mucho (café, te y galletitas). Está muy bien situado pues a 5 minutos a pie llegas al centro del pueblo.
