Clean and functional. Loud banging in the morning from somehwere in the building, but otherwise just the job.

The communication is not very good. When you have 4 doors to get through, 3 codes and you are tired, its raining you want crystal clear instructions on how to get in. Its not and even those who had already stayed a day foundnit challenging

Entry requires scrolling through a directory and hoping the code works properly. It was a nightmare. No desk or staff. Luggage had to be checked at luggage heroes

Room it’s perfect . But the instructions for get inside the second door of the building it’s not easy tu understand . Besides that it’s a perfect location

Instructions were clear, room was great, location was amazing. Highly recommend!

Es un espacio pequeño como muchos otros en París, es acogedor con una gran ventana que permite la ventilación, eso es muy bueno por qué se encierra el calor, todo lo demás está bien para una estancia corta, no larga.

The check in was a little strange to me. Having no staff on site made it difficult to get any questions answered that I had. The access code panel on the first set of stairs was finicky. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. I ran into a lot of people that had problems with it. Just keep trying and it'll eventually work. There were four security code panels before actually entering your room. So very secure. Almost too secure haha. Overall it was clean, in a neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants, and a short walk to/from the metro. Just have patience with the access codes and you'll love it like I did.

Four security steps to get in. The second step is a speakerphone which doesn’t work. The room was clean and modern, once I got into it. Once in, I was afraid to leave! Totally inexcusable. I very shoddy operation. Too late, I read other reviews. They’ve had this issue at least a year. Be smart. Stay away.

I have given this 1 star as we had an incident with the host and were left stranded for nearly 2 hours in lobby unable to access the building at 03:00am in the morning. No compensation offered. Just an apology which I felt was meaningless.

There is no street sign indicating WS. There was no soap or shower supplies to use. The sidewalk just outside the hotel was being demolished and under heavy construction, actively getting ripped apart as we were leaving the room.

It was exactly what we wanted, it was clear instructions on how to get in but it can still be tricky getting in nonetheless also we couldn’t get the tv to work but maybe user errror, I would stay here again it was a neat experience

The only thing that caused trouble was the access to get into the first floor. Had to ring a buzzer and wait for someone to let you in. Sometimes this took around 5 times before you were let in.

The entrance to the 1st floor is very difficult, the door does not open, the code does not work. Every time you need to call the phone to enter.

Hébergement propre avec des commerces à proximité. L'accès via un interphone qui appelle un centre téléphonique est moyen (temps d'attente devant la porte...) Les fenêtre sont bien acoustiques mais pas les entres d'air . Résultat on entend un peu la circulation. Mais dans l'ensemble le logement est satisfaisant.

Chambre propre let bien placée par rapport auxieux touristiques et large choix de restaurants.
