Requested a low floor got one upstairs. Hotel easy to find and location good but toilet and shower room very cramped.

Typical budget hotel. Convenient location.

Excellent one night stay. Good parking, nice clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly service and good value as well. I would stay again.

Excellent comfy and clean and tidy for a one-night stay. Staff most helpful.

Whilst the room itself was clean because we wanted twin beds we had to have a room with a bunk bed, i also wonder how someone can actually get into the bunk bed. This made the room feel very small. The bathroom was cramped and the shower difficult use. The beds were very narrow.

Pour le prix : c’est une bonne adresse . Toutefois bonne chance pour prendre une douche … vous comprendrez ;-)

It was verry good,quiet and clean!

A convenient hotel to break the journey from Yorkshire to the Charente. We need twin rooms, rather than doubles, which can be tricky to find. The bathrooms are very tired and very compact! The room was clean, but there were some crumbs and other things under the work desk. I was too tired to investigate. We had breakfast here once and it was OK, but not brilliant, so we had a quick getaway in the morning and got breakfast elsewhere.

Good for a budget hotel. Bathroom is very cramped with an awkward shower. Will use it again as an overnight port stop

We left a laptop at the hotel and the staff called us to let us know and posted it back to England for us.

A convenient overnight stop between the Tunnel and the Charente. Twin rooms worked well for us. The shower room we had was a bit shabby, but everything worked. We slept well.

The hôtel was nice, but a bit noisy. The room was a no smoking room, but as people went outside to smoke, some of the smell did drift in to the corridor. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but fuelledme for the start of a 370+ mile drive the next day. It is next door to a nice restaurant - the Pouvron Rouge. If you want to go, book in advance! It was full on the Saturday night I went, so I ended up in McDonald’s in Berck. I filled up with fuel at the Intermarché nearby. Intermarché and Lidl are open on Sunday morning, if you need some shopping. It is convenient for a stop between the Tunnel and my holiday destination. Parking is free, but not a secure car park. It is dog friendly, which I need. My dog is quite a seasoned traveller and hotel habitué!

I would have been happy to give a higher rating if check in had been smooth ,we waited over one and a half hours for the desk to open at 3pm after our instructions stated 1pm check in , when the desk did open there was a que of guests which meant a very slow process . Surely you could do better, this was certainly the slowest check in from our journey from the UK to Portugal and back to UK .

We arrived for a one night stay. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The room was fine, the bathroom was a little tired but still did the job. The breakfast was excellent and as much as you wanted. This is not the first time we have stayed here and would recommend it to anyone.

Good quality, good priced, well priced breakfast. Clean warm room comfortable bed, Pleasant staff good reception. What more could you ask for the money

Chambre rikiki avec un module salle de bain vieillissant et minuscule. Mauvaise insonorisation. Obligation de devoir réserver une plage horaire pour le petit déj qui se prend le hall d'entrée (oui vous avez bien lu !) trop petit par rapport aux nombre de chambres. Bref c'est pas cher, mais c'est le seul intérêt de cet hôtel.
